INSTRUCTIONS FOR
LABELING MASTER/ANNUNCIATOR

Labeling software
can be downloaded from
www.eeiusa.com.
Software is also
available upon request.
- We recommend
using transparency film.
- Turn system power
off. Failure to do so will damage components.
- Remove front
panel from cabinet according to installation instructions.
- Unplug “A” & “B”
cables. Be sure they are marked and can be reinstalled in proper
position.
- Lay front panel
on a flat surface with PCB side facing up.
- Loosen (2)
inside, red screws in frame corner bracket located at the opposite end
of the speaker.
- Remove frame end.
- Remove the
remaining frame by sliding to side.
- Turn panel over
with switches facing up.
- If labeling for
Audio/Visual system, remove screws for handset.
- Lift overlay off
panel and lay upside down on flat surface.
- Cut labeling
strips along solid line.
- Position labeled
strips left to right on back of overlay so room number can be seen
through clear lens. Tape ends of strips with cellophane tape. Turn
overlay over and check for proper positioning. Adjust as necessary. It
is recommended that one strip be done at a time.
- Place overlay
back on panel and reinstall handset hanger if used.
- Reinstall panel
in frame, plug in “A” & “B” cables, secure frame to cabinet, and turn
system power on.
